Mr. Al-Haj Abdul Majeed Hussein Abdeen worked in wholesale and import of Haberdashery, traditional jewelry, plastic and many items, and God gave him his son Hussein who had worked with his father, so they become an agent for several international agencies in his field , and through studying Jordanian and Arab markets and knowing the need of Arab markets and with a future vision, strong management and determination Mr. Hussein Abdul Majeed Abdeen studied the establishment of a plastic company in Jerusalem, where he and his father, Al-Hajj Abdul Majeed Hussein Abdeen, established the Orient plastic company / Abdeen in 1956 during the reign of His Majesty King Hussein bin Talal, may God have mercy on him in the city of Jerusalem - The old town. In 1958, the company was launched in the city of Jerusalem under the management of Al-Haj Hussein Abdul Majeed Abdeen, where its production was exported in the sixties to Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, and most of the Arab countries.

Ethics, honesty, team work and leadership by these values the Orient Plastic Company (OPC) Launched business in the holy city of Jerusalem in the early 1958. The Great support of al haj Abdul Majul Abdeen to his son and partners' vision and enthusiasm, established the business by introducing the plastic omb and rosaries to the market which later on distinguished them in the market. The Going great confidence towards their vision encouraged them to expand the business and enabled them to introduce a suit of plastic products in multiple production lines, that cover all the basic needs for every house within a short period of time. Specifically in the 60"s and 70"s Orient Plastic Company became a major exporter of plastic products to the Levant and the gulf countries ,especially Syria, Saudi Arabia and Kuwait.
