About the founder of the company : The group was established by Mr. Jalil Mahmoud Khalifa in Amman in 1982 after his return from France, where he was working as an export manager for the Middle East and North Africa region for a company working in the field of manufacturing medical devices (and this is his field of specialization).
The beginnings of the activity of this group concentrated in the field of importing stationery, office and engineering equipment, and distributing them in Jordan, in addition to creating the largest and first office and engineering services center in the country.

In 1998, Khalifa Group for Advanced Industries established a factory in Amman to produce educational and office aids under the Kalboard brand.

- In 2003, the electric projection screen production line was launched under the KALBOARD® brand
- In the year 2007, our products were developed by adding new items such as some selected engineering items.
- In the year 2009, the most distinguished product in the group, which is (electronic interactive whiteboards), was presented under the KALBOARD® Complete brand, and we were the first to innovate this modern technology.
- In 2011, the European CE MARK quality certificate was obtained, in addition to the EN international conformity certificate.
- In the year 2014, the industrial cardboard factory, which adopts the shape of a beehive, was established under the KALBOARD PACK® brand, in order to cover the needs of factories and importers in the local market, and in the year 2019, and to keep pace with the development in the field of e-learning and distance education, the manufacture of smart interactive screens began.
