Haj Ramadan Abu lebbeh witnessed his success based on his expertise which is derived from the ancestors , under the name Alnejmah ( The Star ) He focused the factory activities to the Jordanian local Market and later on exporting his products to many countries, GCC markets, Europe, United States and Canada. Mid of Seventies the factory has been upgraded In Jordan, located at Marka Al Area. By the beginning of Eighties they started manufacturing the Original Eastern Sweet. The takeoff point of the factory was at the nineties after Al Haj Sons joined the company and worked on developing the factory; they directed the focus of development more into Technical and technological development.

Currently, they offering more than 100 type of ice cream which is produced from the finest Italian raw materials. Since then Gusti took the place as a main suppliers of ice cream for Restaurants, hotels, governmental organizations and several companies inside and outside Jordan. In 2000 the factory has been upgraded to produce all of their products in one place. A new branch of Alnejmah sweets was opened in Albyader 2003 to be followed by Tabrbour Branch which was opened in 2010 followed by Al MadinaMonawarh Street branch.
