The beginning was in a rented building where Mr. Osama Hamdan has developed and made continuous work and effort to keep pace with the times and challenges to get to where we are now and this is thanks to God Almighty 3. In 2013 we built a special building for us and purchased machines to increase production lines and the number of employees reached more than 80 employees 4. The main concern of Mr. Osama Hamdan was to provide a healthy and psychological environment suitable for the employee by providing transportation and health insurance and providing a non-profit restaurant for the employees 5. Mr. Osama Hamdan has established a nursery in the factory, especially for the children of the employees, so that the employee can work without worrying about the children 6. Mr. Osama Hamdan worked to motivate the employees and give them remedial courses and work to prove the machines and develop the employee 7. The focus of Mr. Osama Hamdan was that the factory obtained international and local certificates until the Al Hanouf Factory became one of the locally and internationally developed factories.
