The founder Subhi Muhammad Khair Jabri worked in a Jabri factory and then founded his own company, Eisberg to manufacture ice cream.

Established in 1996. Sujab Industrial Company started its first ice cream production in 1997, it introduced a wide range of ice crcam products in many different flavours which over the years became famous & well Known under the trade mark berg receiving a brilliant success all over the country. The company has been & still is managed by Mr.Sublii Jabri who had always intended to develop & innovate the factory through setting the highest standards of product & quality to be offered to its end consumer, not to mention having acquired the ISO9001 & HACCP QUALITY marks in 2005. The company envisioned an addition to its products by introducing a new line of products. A complete range of wafer & biscuits in all sorts & flavours which was widely accepted by the end consumers. Sujab has proven over the years its ability to serve the local & external markets through participation in different exhibitions which granted she company an extraordinary presence with exquisite taste. 400 well-trained with high readiness for continuous development employces are currently working at the company where the factory is always running experiments to diversify its products. The company owns a fleet of distribution vehicles & issues special ice cream cabinets to points of sale in malls, supermarkets & small shops with regular control of the cabinets to be kept in their correct running state.
